JustRegisterIt provides administrative facilitation for Ghana business registration. The platform helps customers choose an entity type, collect required filing information, organize documents, and track a registration workflow.
JustRegisterIt is not a law firm and is not the Registrar General's Department. Government approval decisions, official filing requirements, and processing timelines remain outside our direct control.
Payment and filing expectations
- No surprise payment on entry: customers can review registration requirements and package pricing before paying.
- Payment processor: online payments are handled through Paystack where supported by the selected checkout flow.
- Government fees: statutory fees and service fees are shown separately wherever the package flow supports a detailed breakdown.
- Official filing: filings begin only after the required information, documents, and payment state are complete for the selected service.
Data handling
Registration workflows may request identity, business, payment, and document information because those details are needed for filing support. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, and how retention requests are handled.
